💡 Expert Tips
- 1.More green chilies for heat.
- 2.Crushed seeds add texture.
- 3.Bhuna for proper karahi.
- 4.Fresh ginger at end.
🔬 Why It Works
Hotter karahi succeeds with the same technique but more green chilies for the spice-lovers version. The bhuna (cook-down) creates the signature thick coating gravy.
