Instructions

    Make dough: 2 cups whole wheat flour + ½ teaspoon salt + 1 tablespoon oil + ¾ cup warm water. Knead 5 min. Rest 30 min.

    Make filling: crumble 1 cup paneer. Mix with 1 cup mashed peas, 1 chopped green chili, 2 tablespoons cilantro, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon amchur, 1 teaspoon salt.

    Divide dough and filling into 6 portions each.

    Roll dough ball into 4-inch circle. Place filling in center. Gather edges over filling, pinch closed. Flatten gently.

    Sprinkle with flour, roll gently into 7-inch circle.

    Cook on hot skillet 2 min per side, then brush with ghee and cook 1 min more per side until crispy spots. Serve with yogurt and pickle.
