  • Tandoori Masala1
  • Cumin1 tsp
  • Paprika1 tsp
  • Onion1 medium
  • Tomato2 medium
  • Ginger1 tsp
  • Garlic3 cloves

Instructions

    Cube 14 oz paneer. Marinate 1 hour: ½ cup yogurt + ginger-garlic paste + Kashmiri chili + turmeric + cumin + coriander + garam masala + salt + cornstarch.

    Grill paneer on hot pan or under broiler 3 min per side until charred.

    Make sauce: heat butter in pot. Cook 1 chopped onion 8 min. Add ginger-garlic. Add 1 can crushed tomatoes + spices (paprika, turmeric, cumin, salt, sugar). Cook 8 min.

    Blend sauce smooth. Return to pot. Add ½ cup heavy cream, ¼ cup cashew paste (cashews soaked and blended).

    Add grilled paneer to sauce. Simmer 10 min.
