    Cook 2 lb cubed chicken in butter until done. Add 8 oz sliced mushrooms, 4 minced garlic. Cook 5 min.

    Make Alfredo sauce: melt 1 stick butter, whisk in ½ cup flour, slowly whisk in 4 cups milk and 1 cup heavy cream until thick. Off heat, add 2 cups grated Parmesan, salt, pepper, nutmeg.

    Mix ricotta filling: 2 cups ricotta + 1 egg + ½ cup Parmesan + chopped parsley + salt + pepper.

    Heat oven to 375°F. Layer in 9×13: 1 cup Alfredo, 4 noodles, ⅓ chicken-mushroom, ⅓ ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, 1 cup Alfredo. Repeat twice.

    Top with mozzarella and Parmesan. Cover with foil, bake 40 min. Uncover, bake 15-20 more until golden and bubbly. Rest 20 min before slicing.
