Cube 1.5 lb chicken breast. Toss with 1 tablespoon soy sauce + 1 teaspoon cornstarch.

Make sauce: ¼ cup honey + ¼ cup soy sauce + 3 tablespoons rice vinegar + 2 minced garlic cloves + 1 tablespoon grated ginger + 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons cold water.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok over highest heat. Cook chicken 5-6 min until done. Set aside.
