Make beef kebabs: mix 1 lb ground beef + 1 grated onion (squeezed) + 4 minced garlic + 1 tablespoon ginger + 2 chopped green chilies + ¼ cup cilantro + 1 tablespoon cumin powder + 1 tablespoon coriander powder + 1 teaspoon red chili + 1 teaspoon garam masala + 1.5 teaspoons salt + 2 tablespoons chickpea flour. Knead 3 min. Chill 30 min.
