Stretch 1 ball of pizza dough into 12-inch circle. On one half, layer: the cooked beef, 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella, ¼ cup grated Parmesan, ½ cup sautéed peppers and onions, fresh basil.

Brush top with beaten egg and olive oil. Cut 3 small slits for steam.
